IMPORTANT NOTE: These are not my characters! All characters used in this belong to Tamarin Frog. These characters are part of her Random Doom series. I strongly suggest reading at least one of the comics to get a good feel for these characters. Note to Tamarin Frog: I have no idea what characters will be in the Veilstone City chapter, so I'm sorry if I get some wrong. Also, I'm sorry if I go out of character for them. I'm not sure if I'm good with that kind of stuff.

Last time on A Veilstone Romance...

Veruka the Inferneape was freaking the freak out over the idea of losing Vincent because her recurring Nightmare. See, said nightmare was a Lucario named Vincent jumping off of a skyscraper in Veilstone City killing himself. Her yelling at him makes her believe this vision will soon come to pass if she doesn't do something about it.

Luckily she has already met up with Matthew the Honchkrow and Elizabeth the Vespiquen, two friends of hers, who helped her search for Vincent. Soon, she found her friend Rupert the Toxicroak and another member of her team Edna the Mismagius. Soon, they come across a crowd gathered in front of Veilstone City's tallest skyscraper. As turns out, Vincent was up there! Edna flew off in search of Matthew and Elizabeth, in case Vincent does jump, they can catch him. And so, Rupert and Veruka rush up the skyscrapers staircase in hopes to stop Vincent before he jumps!

A Veilstone Romance! The feelings come forth!

Veruka busts down the door to the roof and sees Vincent overlooking the edge. ('Vincent!') Veruka rushes up to him...only to have her face meet with a Psychic barrier. ('Wh-what the? Vincent, please put this thing down!') Veruka says confused. Vincent retorts with spite in his voice ('I'm sorry, but I thought you were the one who you never wanted to have anything to do with me.')

Veruka winces at the spite in his voice. Veruka pleas, saying ('Vincent, I'm sorry! I snapped at you for nothing!') Vincent replied, with the same spite ('Oh you're sorry? Sorry for stomping on my feelings and not even caring about me in the first place?!') Veruka said ('That's not true! Remember the day you were born?!') Vincent paused for a moment, before replying with a little less spite ('That was the order of our Master. Nothing more.') Veruka, still desperate to keep him from jumping, says ('Well, what about that time when Matthew almost hit you with Night Slash?!') Vincent pauses once again, the spite still there, but not as much as before ('I bet Rupert would've saved me with Fake Out anyway.')

('Enough of this. You can't stop me.') He walks over to the edge. ('DON'T DO IT VINCENT!') She keeps banging on the Psychic barrier, it starting to crack. But when it does break, she is too late, and Vincent has already jumped. ('NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!') She watches as he falls to his death. (...No...NO! I REFUSE TO LOSE HIM!) Suddenly, as Rupert makes it up to the top, he sees Veruka jumping off! Rupert screams out ('VERUKA NO!') As Veruka dives towards Vincent, she wonders...why did she jump? It's as if her instincts took hold of her. But it doesn't matter. Because to her, life without Vincent, is not a life she'd want to live.

She soon reaches him and holds him close. Vincent yells in surprise ('WHAT?! VERUKA, WHAT ARE YOU-') Veruka interrupts him yelling ('I DON'T WANT TO LIVE ON WITHOUT YOU! IF YOU DIE, THEN I DIE TOO!') Vincent, blushing a bit, says ('V...Veruka...I...')

Veruka...pets Vincent's soft fur, as if to say everything will be fine. They then...snuggle each other, as if to embrace each other in  their last moments. And finally...they kiss together for the first and last time as they fall to their death, closing their eyes, waiting...

...They open their eyes to see that they're alive! They were saved by Elizabeth and Matthew! Matthew starts yelling however ('WHAT WERE YOU THINKING VERUKA?! WHY WOULD YOU JUST JUMP OFF OF A BUILDING LIKE THAT?! IT WAS VERY STUPID OF YOU TO DO AND-') He gets interrupted by the sight of Veruka kissing Vincent. Matthew sighs, saying ('Well, at least you're safe.')

Vincent cried, stammering out ('I-I'm sorry V-Veruka. I-I don't d-deserve to-') ('Shh. It's okay Vincent. I shouldn't have yelled at you in such a manner. I...I hope you can forgive me.') Vincent sniffles and hugs Veruka.

Elisa returns to the Pokemon Center to find her Pokemon outside of their balls. "Huh? How did you guys get out?" She then notices Veruka and Vincent cuddling, much to the surprise of Rupert and Edna. Elisa goes "Awwwww! I knew you two would get together one day! I wonder your children would be like?" Vincent and Veruka go wide eyed and blush a lot from hearing this. Now that I think about...what would their children be like? Who knows. I'll leave for you to decide.
